Your account
Manage your subscription
Most of what you need is inside OpusHub itself, under Settings → Subscription. Payment details, invoices and cancellation are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. This page tells you which is which.
1. In the app (Settings → Subscription)
Open OpusHub on your computer or phone and go to Settings → Subscription to:
- see your current plan, status and renewal date;
- enter a license key you were emailed (“I have a license key”);
- sign in with the email you purchased with, to restore access on a new install;
- change the email on your account. This works from any activated device, even if you no longer have access to the old inbox;
- deactivate a device you no longer use, to free up a seat for a new one.
2. Payment details, invoices and cancellation
The quickest route is inside the app: open Settings → Subscription → “Manage billing or cancel”. That takes you straight to your billing portal, where you can update your card, download invoices, and cancel. It works on Windows and Android, and needs nothing but the device you already use OpusHub on.
Your subscription is billed by Paddle, who act as the Merchant of Record for every OpusHub purchase, so the portal is theirs and cancelling there takes effect immediately. Paddle also emails you a receipt for each payment, and every receipt links to the same place, which is useful if you no longer have OpusHub installed.
No app and no receipt to hand? Email support@opushub.studio from the address you purchased with and we’ll send you a link to your billing details.
Cancelling stops future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full terms.
3. Your data is yours either way
Your studio data and music library live on your own device, not on our servers. If you cancel or let a subscription lapse, the app moves into a read-only state, and you keep the ability to open, view, export and back up everything. Nothing is deleted and nothing is held hostage.
4. Lost your license key or your purchase email
You don’t normally need the key: signing in with your purchase email is enough. If you’ve lost access to that email address, use Settings → Subscription → Change email on a device that’s already activated. If no device is activated any more, email support@opushub.studio with as much purchase detail as you have and we’ll move the license for you.
5. Refunds
We offer a 14-day refund on a first subscription payment or a perpetual license purchase. The details, and how refunds are processed, are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Contact
Anything else, email support@opushub.studio. Including the email address you purchased with helps us find your account faster.
